Warranty Policy & Claim Support
Horecapoint provides limited warranty support for eligible commercial kitchen equipment. Warranty coverage applies to eligible manufacturing, electrical and functional defects, subject to purchase verification, product condition and technical assessment.
Applicable on eligible products and covered components under Horecapoint warranty terms.
How Horecapoint Warranty Works
Warranty support is provided after verifying the purchase date, applicable warranty period, product condition and the reported issue.
Keep your original Horecapoint order number or invoice safely, as it is required for warranty verification.
Register or submit a claim with your product, order and issue details.
Photos, videos, testing details or troubleshooting may be requested to identify the reported issue.
After assessment, eligible claims may receive technical support, covered spare parts or another applicable warranty solution.
